For anyone who has ever stained their underwear with period blood…..put your stained underwear in a mixture of ¾ ice cold water and top it with a ¼ of peroxide……mix it…….give it about an hour or two……let it dry……and ya got brand new, blood-free underwear

You can also usually scrub it out with cold water and hand soap if you’re able to spend 5-10 minutes at it. You run the cold water over the panties, pump soap onto the stain, and then you fold over the panties and rub the fabric against itself so that the stain is being soaped up and scrubbed. Rinse and repeat as necessary.

Don’t use peroxide on silks ether, cotton-mix it’s safe but silks will break down/discolor ect.
